James was on Long Island at the invitation of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek (RMF), the law firm headquartered in Uniondae, and of the government relations firm Empire Government Strategies, also based in Uniondale.
The state’s 67th attorney general, James spoke about advocacy, justice and leadership as well as projects her office is working on and efforts to assist consumers on Long Island.
“The knowledge and leadership that Attorney General Letitia James shared was invaluable,” Adam Silvers, RMF’s managing partner, said in a news release about the breakfast.
“Her extensive experience in public service and advocacy provided powerful insights on leadership and justice, and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to hear from her. She told her audience of the very important projects her office was handling and their plans to help Long Island consumers,” Silvers said.
The attorney general “continues to be a trailblazer whose work has profoundly impacted New York State,” Arthur Jerry Kremer, chairman of Empire Government Strategies and chair of RMF’s Municipal and Regulatory Affairs Department, said in the news release.
“Her dedication to justice and advocacy and involvement in numerous Long Island projects left a lasting impression, and we are honored that she shared her insights with our guests at this astonishing event,” Kremer said.
