Subspecies V: Bloodrise from Full Moon Features
Ancient vampire Radu is back in Subspecies V: Bloodrise. The long-awaited fifth installment in the Subspecies franchise will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on June 13 via Full Moon Features.
Ted Nicolaou (Subspecies, TerrorVision) writes and directs. Franchise favorites Anders Hove, Denice Duff, and Kevin Spirtas return to star. Charles Band (Subspecies, Puppet Master) produces.
Special features include an audio commentary by Nicolaou, a behind-the-scenes featurette, a photo gallery, and Full Moon trailers.
Resident Evil Prints from Spoke Art
In honor of the recent release of the Resident Evil 4 remake, artist Dakota Randall designed 24×36 screen prints for the game. Two color variants are available, each limited to 100, for $75 from Spoke Art. They’ll ship in 6-8 weeks.
Gargoyles’ Angela Figure from NECA
NECA will add Angela to its Gargoyles ultimate action figure line in May. The fully articulated 7” scale toy comes with two interchangeable faces, six interchangeable hands, baby Angela, and opening egg. It’s packaged in a window box with opening flap.
Priced at $37.99, Angela is the eleventh figure in the Gargoyles series, following Goliath, Thailog, Hudson, Brooklyn, Demona, Bronx, Broadway, Steel Clan Robot, David Xanatos, and Elisa Maza.
Beetlejuice Shirt from Creepy Co.
Beetlejuice celebrated its 35th anniversary this week, and the long-gestating sequel is seemingly moving forward after years of rumors. But the good news for fans of the ghost with the most doesn’t end there!
Creepy Co. has a ringer tee with an IKEA-inspired design by Ed Harrington featuring Adam and Barbara Maitland. Priced at $34.99, it’s available to pre-order for one week and will ship around May 12.
Halloween Ends Masks from Trick or Treat Studios
In addition to Michael Myers’ mask, knife, and coveralls from Halloween Ends, Trick or Treat Studios is releasing replicas of Corey’s scarecrow mask and Allyson’s cat mask, which were created specifically for the film.
Sculpted by Christopher Nelson and Vincent Van Dyke, each vacuform plastic mask features an elastic strap. Estimated to begin shipping on September 15, they’re available to pre-order for $19.99 each.
