Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Sandoval was granted a temporary restraining order against model Victoria Lee Robinson on June 25, 2026. The order stems from allegations that Robinson attacked him on June 3 during an argument that led to her arrest. The pair reportedly broke up around May 2026 after dating for the previous two years.
The timeline of Tom Sandoval’s allegations against his ex
Tom Sandoval, best known for his appearance on Vanderpump Rules, was granted a temporary restraining order against his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, on June 25, 2026.
Sandoval was granted the order based on allegations that Robinson attacked him earlier this month during an argument that also led to her arrest (via E! News).
According to Tom’s filing, the incident took place on June 3 after he and Victoria returned to their Los Angeles home, where they lived with Robinson’s father, J. Will Robinson. Tom alleged that he and Robinson were engaged in a verbal argument at the time. He discovered that she was filming him on her phone. When he confronted her about recording him, Robinson allegedly lunged at him.
“While I was barricaded inside the spare room, Mr. Robinson followed me, threatened me and punched a large hole approximately 12 x 12 inches in the spare bedroom door, where I had taken shelter,” Tom said in a declaration. “He then put his face in the hole in the door and smiled telling me he will ‘f–k’ me up, ‘destroy’ me and called me a ‘motherf–ker.’”
He said that after this, Victoria entered the room. Tom continued that she “hit my face and temple area towards my hairline, which I captured on video.” Moreover, he added, “The impact of the blow was so forceful that it caused my vision to blur. I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck.”
Victoria was arrested on June 3 on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She later posted $50,000 bail. Since then, Tom has been living in hotels or staying with friends. He has claimed that multiple attempts to retrieve his personal belongings from the house have been met with threats.
Tom has been granted a temporary restraining order against both Victoria and her father. The next hearing is scheduled for July 16, 2026.
