He dropped his lawsuit against us as it had no merit. We have now filed a lawsuit against him. It’s time for justice to prevail. It’s time for the bad guys to go away and never to be heard from again. Please let all the vendors know that we are on their side and we are sorry that this happened to them too! Thanks to our attorney Larry Zerner, we are on our way to victory and ending this bad chapter in “The Return of the Living Dead” drama. Please share this vigorously as we want everyone to know the TRUTH as to what has been happening. Thank you all for your kindness and support.
