Space Sharks: When Jaws Meets Predator 

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water, Space Sharks proves that you’re not safe at sea or on land, because these apex predators don’t need water to kill.

From Wild Eye Releasing, the same company that brought you Cocaine Shark, Ouija Shark, and Shark Exorcist, comes their newest great white-infested sci-fi film, Space Sharks.

The film follows a group of genetically advanced great white sharks, who after a military experiment conducted on a space station goes horribly wrong, these weaponized sharks, created to be the ultimate killing machines, find themselves suddenly transported to our planet with only one mission: destroy everything in their path!

Directed by Dustin Ferguson, the mastermind behind Apex Predators, Spider Baby, and Cocaine Cougar, Space Sharks promises to deliver an out-of-this-world twist on the creature feature genre. Ferguson’s penchant for blending outlandish concepts with B-movie charm is on full display in this finned frenzy of intergalactic proportions.

In the film’s brief 50-second trailer we get glimpses of the aquatic insanity awaiting us. After crashing to earth, the apex predators begin to hunt their hapless prey, employing the same thermal vision as the Predator to track their targets, while also possessing the ability to stealth and camouflage themselves.

So, if you thought shark-infested twisters or supernatural sharks were bad, wait until you get a load of these killing machines. Joining him in the fray are familiar faces like Scott Schwartz of A Christmas Story fame and legendary movie villain Mel Novak. The cast is rounded out by Vida Ghaffari and Brinke Stevens, ensuring a mix of veteran talent and B-movie royalty.
