Driven by a passion for creativity, Ben Harl is a natural storyteller. He
began his lifelong journey in the arts by writing music, short stories,
poetry, and novels, but recently transitioned from the written word to
the screen. Ben learned the art of filmmaking through perseverance
and invaluable support from fellow local filmmakers.
As the owner and Creative Director of Silver Compass Studios, Ben has
written, directed, and produced multiple award-winning short films and
a critically acclaimed documentary exploring the afterlife.
