Neither Joe nor Olivia has spoken publicly about the burglary, and E! News has reached out to both their reps for comment but hasn’t heard back.
Unfortunately, Joe is hardly the first NFL player dealing with a scary burglary situation of late. Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce‘s Leawood, Kan., mansion and quarterback Patrick Mahomes‘ Belton, Mo., estate were broken into on Oct. 6 and Oct. 7, respectively.
During the robbery, $20,000 in cash was taken from Travis’ home and the backdoor was damaged, according to a report obtained by TMZ.
Following the break in, Patrick—who lives at the estate with pregnant wife Brittany Mahomes, daughter Sterling, 3, and son Bronze, 2—got candid about what a difficult time it had been for his family.
“It’s frustrating,” the 29-year-old said during a Nov. 13 press conference. “It’s disappointing. I can’t get into too many details because the investigation is still ongoing. It’s obviously something you don’t want happening to anybody, but especially yourself.”
