Brad Pitt is apparently “getting updates” on his son Pax’s recovery following his recent accident.
As you may have heard, Pax Jolie-Pitt — the 20-year-old son of Brad and Angelina Jolie — was hospitalized on July 29 following a collision while riding an electric bike in Los Angeles.
Pax is one of Brad and Angelina’s six children, along with siblings Maddox, 22, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and 16-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
It’s been speculated for years that the children have remained far closer with their mom than their dad amid the couple’s ongoing divorce and legal battle, which began in 2016 when Angelina filed to end the marriage following an alleged incident on a private jet.
It’s been a long time since Brad has publicly spoken about his children or been seen with them. And now, after a recent report claiming he has “virtually no contact with the adult kids,” an insider has alleged that the actor “still very much cares” about Pax’s accident.
Neither Brad nor Angelina have publicly commented on Pax’s accident. However, a source told People on August 7 that Angie and their other five children “are supporting Pax as best as they can.”
BuzzFeed has reached out to Brad’s representative for comment.
