The Melvins have unveiled dates for a brief “Spring Break Tour” of the West Coast that will precede their recently announced co-headlining 2025 US run with Napalm Death.
The newly added jaunt is comprised of six shows in California, kicking off March 1st in Bakersfield, and wrapping up March 7th in Pioneertown. The outing, featuring support from CNTS and Desslok, will also hit Fresno, Sacramento, Santa Cruz, and San Luis Obispo.

Melvins frontman Buzz Osbourne stated in a press release, “California! Here we go! There’s no better time to crisscross the state. Let’s do it!”
As mentioned, the Melvins will join up with Napalm Death in April for the “Savage Imperial Death March Part II” tour, reprising their co-headlining run from 2016. The extensive outing runs from April 4th through June 7th, with tickets already available for those shows.
Melvins drummer Dale Crover is back in the band’s lineup after a medical emergency sidelined him in 2023. For the 2025 dates, the Melvins will feature a “double-drum extravaganza” of Crover and Coady Willis (Big Business).
