New information about the upcoming My Adventures with Green Lantern show gives fans some news about more characters that can be expected in the series.
What are the latest My Adventures With Green Lantern plot details?
Last week, reports surfaced that went more in-depth about the lead of the show, Jessica Cruz. The report also mentioned how Cruz, who is chosen by a Green lantern Power Ring, has friends in the series, Kyle and Nikki. A new report from Nexus Point News reveals those characters are none other than Kyle Rayner and Nikki Jones.
Rayner, another character known as a Green Lantern, has appeared in countless comic and animated projects from DC. Nicki Jones, as she appears in the comics, is another character that’s appeared in the world of DC Comics, and was originally a member of Lex Luthor’s Infinity, Inc., a superhero team composed of the children of members of the Justice Society of America.
In the show, Nexus Point News’ report notes that Nikki is described as a “goth high schooler” and a lifelong best friend to Jessica Cruz. Details on Kyle’s character are currently under wraps, as is the status of Hal Jordan, and whether or not he’ll appear in the show.
Nexus Point News also mentions that Alex DeWitt and Kilowog, two other mainstays in the Green Lanterns world, will appear in the series. DeWitt is described as a “popular girl” in the show, while Kilowog is a warrior monk and the “last surviving Green Lantern.”
A premiere date for My Adventures with Green Lantern has not yet been announced.
