Only three out of the five Kardashian sisters attended the Met Gala tonight after a report claimed that none of the Kardashian-Jenners would be invited to the prestigious Upper East Side event.
Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian missed this year’s ball, while Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kendall Jenner attended. Kourtney didn’t post anything about the Met Gala today, choosing instead to share a grid post of shots from her life lately and an Instagram Story wishing Charli D’Amelio a happy birthday.
Khloé, meanwhile, was very much a supportive sister from afar. She reposted videos and photos of Kylie, Kendall, and Kim at the Met Gala. In one IG Story, she called out Kendall and Kylie for not sharing content she could repost yet. “Kenny and Ky post so I can repost your epic epic glory!!!!!” she wrote. “I’m not being sued by photogs.”
The exact reason why Kim, Kylie, and Kendall went to the Met Gala while Kourtney and Khloé didn’t hasn’t been disclosed…yet. There’s a good chance The Kardashians, the family’s reality series on Hulu, will eventually document it.

Still, the absences come after Kim and Kourtney made headlines for possibly being in a feud over Kourtney’s wedding (at least in the upcoming season of The Kardashians). Khloé also made news for traveling with Kim over the weekend, just not to New York.
Khloé spent time with Kim in Las Vegas on Saturday. Harper’s Bazaar noted that the two sisters attended a sold-out Usher concert in the city that night, with Kim posting Instagram Stories from the trip.
Kylie, Kim, and Kendall showed a united family front at the Met Gala tonight, though—and other family members accompanied them. Kim’s daughter North West and Kylie’s daughter Stormi were in town too. North even got to watch Kylie, Kim, and Kendall walk the red carpet from the car.
