How to Choose a Hair Mask
Once you’ve decided to add a hair mask into your routine, the tough part is choosing which one to add. Look for hydrating ingredients like jojoba oil, marula oil, and shea butter. Keep an eye out for phrases like bond-building and repairing, as these masks target split ends and damaged hair. If your scalp is more sensitive, you may want to avoid fragrances whenever possible.
