The building is fully occupied by three tenants, including Fastenal Fulfillment Center and Rounds Elite Fitness. It has three drive-in bays and 15-foot ceilings.
The property is located across the street from the Oceanside Long Island Rail Road station.
Chris Lynch of FMC Realty Associates represented the buyer, while Josh Brotter of Douglas, Payton & Co. represented the seller, A. Montilli Plumbing and Heating, in the sales transaction.
