A law firm headquartered in The Omni in Uniondale has expanded to Suffolk County.
Forchelli Deegan Terrana now has a 3,000-square-foot suite at 100 Motor Parkway, a Class A building at the entrance of the Long Island Innovation Park at Hauppauge, near both the Long Island Expressway and Northern State Parkway.
The suite features a conference center and attorney offices, and amenities and technology that integrate with the firm’s Uniondale offices. The interior’s design and color scheme – dark blue, light blue and gray – are consistent with those of the firm’s headquarters.
The firm is active in Suffolk, and leaders at the firm said the location in Hauppauge will help its team members better serve clients.
“As the firm continues to grow, so does our presence in Suffolk County,” Forchelli Deegan Terrana Chairman and Co-Managing Partner Jeffrey Forchelli said in a news release about the expansion. “The Hauppauge office was opened to better serve our clients in Suffolk County, and to pursue the tremendous new business opportunities we see developing throughout eastern Long Island.”
“Our clients will continue to receive the exceptional service synonymous with our firm brand, but now from the convenience of two Long Island office locations,” Forchelli Deegan Terrana Co-Managing Partner said John Terrana said in the news release.
The firm was recently involved with the conversion of the former Sears at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove to medical offices for Stony Brook University-related entities. Another project included the conversion of the former New York Institute of Technology campus to The Belmont at Eastview in Central Islip, which consists of 645 apartments, 81 condominiums and 120,000 square-feet of retail. Additional projects include the redevelopment of the SunVet Mall in Holbrook and the development of 8 Midhampton Avenue in Quogue to permit warehouse and self-storage.
