1295 Northern Blvd. LLC, an entity registered to a Queens-based development company, purchased an 11,000-square-foot office building on .78 acres at 1295 Northern Blvd. in Manhasset for $6.2 million. The buyer is planning to redevelop the property for a different commercial use. The property is leased to ShopRite. The seller, Red Bank, N.J.-based First National Realty Partners, had purchased the supermarket property in August 2020 for $19.5 million. Aaron Bush of JRW Realty represented the buyer, while Prodigy Real Estate Group represented the seller in the Uniondale sales transaction.
