Parkell, which has been operating on Long Island for more than 75 years, renewed its lease for 53,000 square feet of industrial space at 300 Executive Drive, a 145,000-square-foot building within the Heartland Business Center.
Founded in 1948, Parkell designs and manufactures a wide array of devices, equipment and products for the dental industry. The company’s extensive line of products includes ultrasonic scalers, desensitizers, crown, bridge and impression materials, burs, bonding solutions and more.
Parkell, a subsidiary of Lifco AB, headquartered in Enköping, Sweden, serves dentists and dental industry professionals around the globe. The company employs a Long Island staff of about 85 people, some of whom have been with the firm for more than 20 years.
David Pennetta and Stephen Cadorette of Cushman & Wakefield represented Parkell, while the landlord, Heartland Business Center, was self-represented in the Edgewood lease renewal.
